In August 2015 I filed the first complaint about Tesla suspension failures.
I continued to file over 200 more complaints up until February 2019.
In June 2016 Elon Musk called my complaints fraudulent and claimed that NHTSA had confirmed there was no problem with the suspensions.
Between 2015 and the present time there have been several fatal crashes that appear to have been caused by broken suspensions.
There have been many complaints from owners posted on the forums that show photographs of broken suspensions. These complaints are still coming in to the present day.
I have recently discovered Technical Service Bulletins issued by Tesla which admit there are weaknesses in both the front and rear suspensions.
These TSBs have not been publicised and the majority of cars in the Tesla fleet are still using the highly dangerous parts.
It is my firm opinion that not just the parts covered in the TSB are dangerously weak but that in fact every single part of the Tesla suspensions are inherently weak due to the poor choice of materials.

NHTSA should insist on an immediate recall and not just rely upon Tesla to perform a “non-urgent, not safety related” partial remedy.
